Hi welcome to Wellness with Chloe Rose, I set up this small business 3 years ago to help support pregnant and postnatal women  in the North East to move safely during pregnancy and after the birth of their babies. To support this work I have since taken additional qualifications in birth education, pelvic health recovery and body bio mechanics. It is my mission to provide you with research informed knowledge regarding birth education, movement, and post natal healing.

My work in the “Mothering Years” sparked an interest in the female body and its cycle as a whole BEYOND birth. And I now work with women into and post menopause to maintain mobility, strength and character. Women should be SEEN and HEARD as they transition from mother to matriarch. Wisdom and knowledge is power.

Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Education

  • A Birth Preparation like no other. Birth Intuition my signature birth preparation course centers around you the woman. With a retreat day combining education; the physiology of birth and the practical: yogic practices to leave you feeling confident and connected to your baby and birth desires.

  • Move to Birth is my signature online pregnancy yoga course sprinkled with birth prep knowledge. Here you will find flows, meditations, and birth prep tutorials that you can access any time via the dedicated members area.

Postnatal Yoga Morpeth

  • A face to face class in the heart of Morpeth. Breath, yoga andstability exercises to gently heal the body and mind after pregnancy and birth. This class is a safe space for you andyour baby, with the focus on caring for YOU the mother. Discovering and falling in love with your new and very beautiful postnatal self.

  • This offer includes a 90 minuet consultation to care for your body after pregnancy and birth. We look at your body from head to toe. Checking Diastasis, Pelvic Floor and Posture. Working together to find tools and techniques that you can use to heal in the coming weeks and months.

    From the comfort of your own home or the welcoming home from home that is the Chantry Play studio.

  • You may not want to embark on a FULL birth prep package, and need assistance with a particular area. Perhaps induction, C section or birthing your placenta. Why not book an hour with me prices start from £50 per hour with reduced rates for multiple hours.

  • You can work with me on a 1-2-1 Basis to improve posture related pain. This sessions include a full posture review to help get to the bottom of any niggles you may be experiancing. We used breath, movement and relaxation techniques to help you manage your pain and provide tools to enable you to live your life morecomfortably.

  • I also hold Monthly Moon Circles at Yoga Den Morpeth,

    These two hour sessions include a yoga flow, journaling and restorative practice and are suitable for all. We follow the journey of the moon through the zodiac and learn about the energies of the Earth each month to help make sense of the world around us.

As you transition though the cycle of life from maiden to mother and beyond into the matriarch years. With birth education, yoga, mindful practices and functional training.  My services cater for all women from pregnancy to menopause and beyond. It is my mission to help you move freely without pain and to support you in building unconditional love for yourself, mind and body so that you can live the life you deserve to have. I offer online group and one to one Yoga sessions. Face to face Birth Education, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and one to one Personal Training/Yoga in Morpeth, Ashington and surrounding areas .

As I work with more and more women I see pelvic dysfunction as one of the leading causes of low self esteem, all consuming limiting beliefs, back and hip pain. I myself have expreainced lower back and hip pain from a young age. As a result I have additional training to support women with pelvic floor dysfunction including leaking, prolapse and heaviness. Courses taken include how to treat the pelvic floor without kegals, (provided by leading American physical therapist and personal trainer Dr Becky Allen)birth bio mechanics (Mamastefit) and foundations of movement (Katie StClair fitness) My Postnatal group and 1-1 sessions are a great place to start to help you heal your physical body and mind. (You may not have experienced pregnancy or child birth to suffer from these symptoms.)

How I Can Support You Pre & Post Natally

  • Online Pregnancy Yoga

    For many the change in both body and mind during pregnancy, and post birth, is a challenging and confusing time.

    My Move to Birth Online Yoga Membership provides you with safe yoga flows and relaxation classes to support each stage of your Pregnancy.

    Along side movement sessions you have access to meditations to cultivate SELF LOVE and T RUST, birth specific preparation workshops covering topics like birth positions. And carefully curated birth specific short sessions to mobilise your whole body towards the end of your pregnancy.

  • Birth Preparation

    Birth Education centered around you the woman.

    A hybrid of face to face, group and 1-1 sessions providing Birth Education on birth physiology, medical intervention and navigating your choices. Supported with yoga, guided relaxation and meditation to cultivate self love and trust to enable you to advocate for yourself through your pregnancy and birth.

    This package is for all expectant mothers. Not just first time mums to be. We ALL deserve to have a person who is truly on our side when it comes to our birth planning and preparation.

    That is where I come in. I will always provide a kind ear, I will present the facts, evidence and case studies as they are without bias and support you 100% in your choices.

  • Postnatal Classes

    This class is for mums and babies with a focus on you the mother and your recovery after pregnancy and birth.

    These friendly and relaxed sessions will help to heal your body from the inside out. We work together to strengthen your pelvic floor, core and shoulders with simple breathing techniques, gentle movement and body weight exercises.

    This class is perfect for those of you who are looking for a gentle return to exercise. Or mamas that are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction like leaking, prolapse or heaviness of the pelvic floor.

  • My first prenatal yoga class with Chloe today. At 38 weeks pregnant my mobility is a little off, but the class was fantastic. Chloe catered to everyone on the session, grounded us with strong warrior poses, opened our chests and shoulders and spent time at the beginning and end guiding us with and a beautiful creative reading about becoming a new mum. It was a lovely experience and I 100% recommend her prenatal yoga classes for all mums to be.

The class has a super relaxing and supportive atmosphere and she encourages you to look after baby if they need feeding, changing or comforting.   • These sessions have been really helpful, I can feel the benefits in two ways. Firstly my mobility in my joints is improving and even after three sessions I can move better than in the first one! Secondly and probably more importantly the session is an oasis of calm, I have never been one for mindfulness and yet in your session I feel relaxed and peaceful and able to let go of daily stresses. This not only sets me up for the day ahead but I have now started using the breathing to help me sleep if I wake in the middle of the night with racing thoughts.
