In addition you have access to 4 workshops exploring birth biomechanics from the breath to the ribs and pelvis you will understand how birth impacts the whole of the body. 7 meditations, 7 movement sessions. Take under 15 minuets each day this week to connect. Movement and meditation can be a little daunting I know! Which is why I have created this 7 series. Each session is under 15 minuets and is designed to help you connect, mind and body. Some of the techniques may even become part of your tool box to manage the daily stresses of life at work or with family and friends.
